Food is great.

I ordered egg rolls, when I got to window they were handing me my bag. I said no way they had to have been sitting to be ready already. She argued that they were just cooked to feel the bag. The bag was warm. There were people behind me in drive thru. I got home (less than a mile) they were cold,soggy and disgusting. I threw them away. I don't have a name as I was not given a receipt. But it was today at 2:30. It will be a long time before I return to this location which is very close to my house.

Love the milk shakes

They never are there to take orders at this location after 2am this has happened over five times. If your 24-7 then be 24/7

Don't go to this location the cashiers are rude and not helpful and they messed up on my order

ORIGINAL REVIEW JANUARY 2023--Cold and stale fries. Dead cheeseburgers that had been sitting out to get cold. I got home to find this out and drove back to get it remade. They seemed inconvenienced and offered no apology. I recommend checking your food at the drivethrough before leaving the window. Better yet, skip this location as this wasn't the first time and they don't seem to care anyway. *******EDITED 1/3/24******----->I GAVE THIS LOCATION ANOTHER TRY TODAY I CHECKED FOOD AT DRIVE THRU AND IT SEEMED FINE. ONCE HOME, I DISCOVERED LOTS BURNT PIECES OF FRIES MIXED IN WITH MY MINI TACOS, ALL TOPPED WITH WET LETTUCE TO MAKE IT WORSE. IT'S APPARENTLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A DECENT MEAL HERE. TOO BAD THE CLOSEST JACK IN THE BOX TO ME IS ONE OF THE WORST!

DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE! you’re better going off to another location cause this one is garbage. The person who took my order was a ten year old and took so long to order. And when I got my food, half of it was missing. The person who cooked it blamed ME for not noticing it first. I paid 40 dollars for my food, I expect ALL OF IT to be there. This has happened so many times and it is unacceptable.

We went through the drive thru.. Got half of the order wrong. Did not give us one of our drinks. We checked our order before we left. Went inside to get it all fixed and our missing drink..... The manager had a baby in the kitchen right by the fryers!!!!
