Jack in the Box

Just went through the drive thru and honestly got refused to be able to make two separate orders and was treated poorly. The lady in drive with the long nails kept rolling her eyes every time we asked for condiments. We got home and the curly fries were hard and cold and we were missing food, Felt as if they were in a hurry to get us out of drive-through. They were unprofessional and unpolite, but I don’t think I would ever go back there to any of this Jack-in-the-Box’s. Very disappointed specially if the team members were night time supervisor. I’m an AGM at a Steakburger restaurant and I have never seen or felt that I was treated with such poor service!! Please have these employees get more training. I wouldn’t want to even give them a start but raising them they only get 1 star.

I like their tacos and their chicken strips Are very good and a bunch of their hamburgers as well.The breakfast is good.Also I grow there all the time.I recommended to anybody

Honestly, it's one of the better jack in the box locations, in my opinion! The food seems fresh every time so far (4 visits). The service is friendly and doesn't have that. "Get out of here!" Feeling that some quick service restaurants provide. I like their breakfast burritos, tacos, and curly fries. For sure, I will be back on my way into caldwell.

The lady at the drive through either hated me or hated her job, pretty sure both after my last visit though. For the amount you pay for fast food these days, which when the starting pay is 16$/hrs of course you have to jack up costs, but at least get someone who can smile when they hand you out a 12$ micro breakfast burrito...no worries though won't be going back ever so problem solved....
