Couldn't understand me to take my order tried to overcharge me, long wait
I had not been to any fast food place in a long time and though the food tasted good when I ate it, I was sick for two days after. 🤢 Done with fast food.
The smash burger this time had no taste. It needs salt or seasoning. Onion rings were way overcooked. The supreme croissant was terrible. The croissant itself looked anemic and my wife said did not taste like it used to. Twenty five dollar lesson. I don't know if we will ever be back. Got the Jumbo jack with cheese, it was the worst. Dry sandwich. No condiments. Chunks of lettuce rinds. Breakfast jack had a rancid taste, couldn't even eat it. Plus $4.00 for a small fry is ridiculous. Try to give this place another chance. They blew it.

This is a new post 6/3/24--Tried the Smashed Jack @ $11 tax included-I can't recommend it. 1 patty, 3 pickles, scattered onions and a skimpy piece of cheese. I took a picture and showed it around, WT HEY JACK, who's in charge of quality control, it's been trying last couple of months, on a previous visit the cashier had to show me on her iPhone what she was saying, SHE DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH again WT HEY JACK. IF corporate calls me I hope they leave a message as I've not received calls yet. -----Tried the delivery on app, took my money from bank, couldn't find order in app, gave me a delivery time, didn't appear, called store, rang and rang, phone stopped ringing, called back, busy signal, filed complaint on website twice, No call back or correspondence, WHAT'S UP JACK YOUR NOT LISTENING 😬 Day 3 and not a single bit of correspondence, no email, no phone call from Management, District Management or corporate, JACK ARE YOU LISTENING ? Recent visits show their improvements in hiring good employees is working. They listen 👍. Recent visit was horrible. What no fryer, no French fries, cashier doesn't speak English shows me her phone using Google translate to text me and won't compensate for the combo I ordered THAT DIDN'T HAVE FRIES, I WAS CHARGED THE SAME AMOUNT, shook her head, walked away, who hired a cashier that doesn't speak English and uses her phone to communicate, Arggggg ! One employee so far I can appreciate, Maria. I won't stop unless she's working. THIS RATING IS FOR RECENT VISIT 4/16
The lady in the drive through window reminds me of my grandmother she always makes smile and I'm very patient and I respect my elders hasta luego bless your soul.
My son went here with his girlfriend yesterday they didn't give him his proof of purchase even when he asked for it. The food was dry and service was rude he will never go that location. They don't care about service or keeping things professional. I worked in customer service most of mylife and know better. Retraining is a must at this point.
Every time I have gone there, they have forgotten to give us something on our order. We constantly have to go back in and get the rest of our food.
The price of the fries was outrageous. 3.99 for a small fry is far beyond a reasonable. This is one of my go to restaurants but that can change.
easy in, easy out, good customer service
They need some serious lessons on customer service! The lady straight up lied to me about someone being in the restroom just so I couldn't use it, after ordering food in their drive thru! They're beyond rude at this location! And their food is stale and gross!! And it's got garbage everywhere outside.
When I went to this location the people they had on staff at the time they were nice and when I told them my food was not hot and fresh they made sure to make it like I wanted it. It was definitely nothing special but I had to make a run so I needed something in a hurry and it is what it provided.
At that time I did feel safe enough to sit down and eat but I don't think I would dine in again during these times. I would just take and go if I were to try this Jack in the Box in the future.
