Closed early and told me to leave. Update and response to "response from owner:" They did contact me and did absolutely nothing after that. The poor service at the restaurant is apparent from the upper management. This is why JIB are shutting down all over. Not really a surprise.

Food was fine but got a coke with no ice so i ask nicely if i could have ice. she gives it back to me with no ice and HALF A CUP OF COKE. i spend $30 on food and you’re going to treat me like that because i asked for ice?

Grilled chicken is too good here also the staff is very helpful & kind. Kudos .. !! Can't wait to visit this place again.

Always good with the food but service isn't great and pretty slow love the muchies

I got off a12 hour shift and didn't want to cook. The staff was amazing! SO helpful and friendly.

I’ve visited this location several of times (always through the drive thru) the first time I wanted to try their new red spicy tacos but received regular ones, second time I came here to try their Red Bull drinks worst disgusting drinks I’ve ever tried and this morning around 8:40 11/06/23 I waited 20 minutes at the window for two croissants and two hash browns they currently have a special two croissants for six dollars so I asked the man once he came to the window about the price and he replied to me in Spanish with attitude that it would be $22 and that they didn’t have a manager, that he didn’t have the card to change the price and that it was my fault for not saying I wanted that promotion when I was ordering, I’ve never went to any fast food or restaurant where I had to ask or clarify a special deal they have promoted, then I asked him if he can leave a note or something for the manager and for my money back and he slams the window door on me just wow

Jack's tacos are too legit to quit!
