Customer service has been great both times we’ve been. This time we got Strawberry & Oreo Crunch Cups & my daughter wanted a Blue Moon Sugar cone. These crunch cups were tasty 😋 The young lady at the cash register was very helpful. Thank You.

Cute spot, lots to choose from. Fresh and delicious. Friendly staff. Nice place for ice cream on a sunny day.

Wish there were tables to eat at and a napkin dispenser. Not just one small napkin for your entire meal and dessert. Food was good and price also.

Seems like a nice place. Glad to see it is still going after taking over chain ice cream location. Need to stop back and check out the grill.

Great Ice-cream and great prices. Outside bench seating, 8:30 pm 4 of us enjoined evening treat. Wondering why no one cruise's Gratiot anymore?? Thats ALL we did in the late 1980s & 90s.

They have 1 person doing 3 jobs. Not fully attentive or interactive w customer. People skipping lines bc of no direction from cashier/cook/ scooper. Limited ice cream choices. Chaotic & confusing lines. Go to Dairy Queen or Rays.
