Horrible gest service, they pick and choose who they cater too.

Tried this for the first time tonight. Ordered carry out. Servers and wait staff were friendly as I waited for my food. Food was packaged with thought and effort. Got home and finally took the first bite.... I'm going to go ahead and say it, flavor wise, this is one of the best tasting experiences I have had in regards to food in Cincinnati and I have been to all the big name restaurants. Whoever is in that kitchen knows what they are doing. Love the fact that this place is tucked away in Westwood. Thank you for bringing this kind of experience to the west side. Will be coming back and telling everyone I know about this place. No need to wait for 2 months to get into Sotto when you guys are literally just as good and you make Ruby's look like they are average. The chicken and pork dishes are phenomenal and the smoked salmon bruschetta appetizer was incredible. The cinnamon roll dessert was on point. Whoever is in the kitchen and running Ivory House definitely knows what they are doing. They should have a line out the door. Incredible food just simply mind blowing. 10/10. 5 stars.

Today, I did take out on the Bread pudding French Toast and i was disappointed. It was ok, but i did enjoy the Gelato. It was smooth with great flavor! Overall, i thought that i was going to love it, since i really enjoyed their Valentines special this past Wednesday, but unfortunately I did not as much. Maybe, next time! A third time is a charm.

Our server Jewel was great! We had the bluefin tuna and wagyu beef, which were outstanding. We'll be back!
