We spent $64 on Boba with Uber and they did not send straws. When we called they refused to send straws and said we would have to cancel and re-order the whole thing.
Absolutely horrible service. We walked in for a pick up order and I get it they’re busy or new but not even a “we will be with you shortly”, I think a simple “Hi” might have been too much honestly. We stood there for a hot minute with a lady in a blue hoodie making drinks trying to avoid eye contact so that we couldn’t say we were picking up our order that we could see through their fridge. I don’t know if it’s management making the employees miserable or what but it really did upset me to just be standing there like a ghost completely ignored. The other guy was in further making a drink but at least when he dropped off a drink made eye contact to be able to say that I was just picking up a drink. I think their other coworker was on break giggling which was honestly why I didn’t just walk in to the employee only section to get my drinks to not bother any of the staff.
I love this place. Treat myself to boba several times a week. Order always ready on time and the app makes it convenient to order.
GROSS NEGLIGENCE FROM THIS PLACE RUINED MY ORDER AND MY CAR AND YOU REFUSE TO ADDRESS IT!!!!!!!!!!!! I EVEN TIPPED YOU GUYS!!! It was literally in good faith and I WAS WRONG. I don’t even mind the fact that you flat out ignored me coming in cause you were too busy chatting. What I DO mind is not properly putting the cups in the holders or EVEN SEALING THE DRINKS RIGHT!!!!! Half of my large Oreo shake I ordered is now on the floor of my passenger seat!!!! I had to pull over and redo the cap coverings on the teas and my shake. It was an actual driving hazard!!!!! And you know what’s worse? I tried calling you twice and you didn’t even pick up!!!! Like how negligent can you be???! This is utterly the worst boba place service I’ve EVER experienced!!!!
