I met the owner of this place and he’s such a wonderful guy. He puts in the work to make the community happy with his healthy foods and drinks. As a marine, this is my go to place for some protein shakes and donuts.

This is my type of place the owner was there and the level of service i got was presidential no lie. And there were other people there and he was giving them the same level of wonderful service. But it doesn't end there it smells like heaven on there. I ordered a protein pancake when i say i had to pullover and taste it it was smelling so good but i also had to pullover to finish it it was really that good. This is top notch healthy newark no food spanish owned black people respected.

This is a great please for meal replacement. Friendly staff and you can get a fire haircut next door

When I tell you this is my absolute favorite place. I kid you not. The food/drinks are top notch. And the customer service is unmatched. ITS DEFINITELY A VIBE.

What you get is: encouragement, advice and inspiration. Service is great, products are great coaches are great it’s my home away from home. If you haven’t been there, you don’t know what you’re missing
