Very good and attentive service in this gastropub. Many local beers and imports on tap, making a tough decision on which to choose first, second, third, etc... There is bar seating as well as tables for small or large groups. The location is right at the end of the Commons, and is only a block away from the Hilton Garden inn hotel.
Food was only OK, a bit pricey, not very hot out of the kitchen. Service was excellent; local brew beers were excellent. Atmosphere was stark, with flat hard surfaces (increases noise levels), and a constant wind from the huge front doors.
The fries were delicious! Cold, but tasty. The pizza was dreadful. Sorry but it was awful. My first and last time here for sure! If you go, order the fries and make reservations somewhere else to dine.
Very nice and clean atmosphere. Good selection of craft beer. Great beer cheese burger made from ground steak.
We did not enjoy our experience at this place, as we noticed a discrepancy between the menu pricing and what we were charged. We were served by waiter Sabina, and although the difference was small, we felt it was unfair. Additionally, the maitre’D Ana was not very warm or accommodating. We hope that the management will consider enhancing the staff training.
Great prices, and really good food. Service was friendly and prompt. We ordered some drinks while we waited for our togo order.
Waited at the bar for 10 minutes on Saturday night at 7pm while both bartenders chatted with each other and with other patrons who were already served... Made eye contact with bartenders several times. Completely ignored. Will not be going back.
This place was amazing. Our server was prompt, not over the top, super attentive to us and the four children we had with us, patient, and the food was amazing. We had the harvest salad and the perfect burger and it WAS perfect. We were seated quickly on a busy Saturday night. We visit Ithaca often and will be back!
