Chef Alessandro, born and raised in Italy attended Culinary School in his hometown, Torino, prior to move to the US. Italian Kitchen is a corner of Authentic Italy in the heart of the Ozark: Every week, from Monday through Thursday they organize cooking classes with different topics, from Pasta to Focaccia, from Salatini to Chicken Marsala. Every class includes a part where the Chef will cook and explain for the class followed by a dinner, and a second part 100% interactive where the student will cook themselves what had been previously presented. On Fridays, at dinner Italian kitchen will become an Italian trattoria, the guest will discover, every week, different typical dishes from a specific Italian Region, in a 4/5 courses meal.
