The chicken shawarma was great. They have a good little grocery shop also.

I've been a regular customer here for three years due to the limited availability of Halal stores nearby. However, my recent visits have been quite disappointing. Each time I come in, there's often chaos with people arguing or shouting, creating an unprofessional environment for customers. Today, I stopped by to grab a burger, but my experience at the deli was perplexing. When I approached the lady to order a burger, she appeared to ignore my request and remained silent. Perplexed, I sought assistance from another staff member regarding burger availability, and they directed me back to the deli. Despite having just taken an order from someone nearby, the same lady ignored my request again, giving the impression that she was intentionally avoiding me. Seeking clarity, I inquired with another staff member about the lady's reluctance to take my order while readily accepting orders in English from others. The staff member mentioned that she may not be proficient in English, which left me feeling confused. If she could handle English orders from other customers, why the reluctance with me? Later, at the billing counter, I shared my experience with the staff, and their response was, "she is like that." This whole ordeal was frustrating, especially considering my long-standing loyalty to this store.
