Popped in today for a quick pint and stayed for 5 hours… service absolutely spot on Emma and Darren were absolutely fantastic .. will be back tomorrow

Went for a quiet family meal to celebrate other half’s 40th. Walked in and there was karaoke and disco type music, thought maybe we would go somewhere else, decided to stay SO glad we did!! Food was lovely, DJ was fun and provided a musical history lesson for the kids!, regulars and staff joined in and danced creating a good old retro Saturday Family night atmosphere!! Dance competitions for the kids, musical chairs and Grease mega mix??? What’s not to love!!! Manager was attentive and even brought over complimentary chocolate cake when he heard about our birthday boy!! Will definitely be visiting again! Thank You

We had the Sunday carvery which was very cold. We was asked during our meal if everything was ok, to which we explained it was really cold. She asked if we would like it reheated or a different meal. But we did refuse as we was pushed for time. I did eat some of the meal but only as I was hungry. On a plus side we did take our puppy into the bar area and they are well catered for with a jar of treats on the bar and water bowls. So if you don’t mind cold food from the Carvery but your dog gets treated well. Then this is the place for you.

Been a few times now, usually for the quiz on Wednesdays. Food and service has always been spot-on ! Staff very friendly, and it would be great to spread the word about the ace quiz, it's a great atmosphere and needs more teams to up the pot We recommend the Steak and also the Fish n Chips.

Had the Carvery £12.49 each, not a lot of choices.And the food was cold. NEVER AGAIN. Parking: Ok

We had the carvery, it was cold We told staff and all we got was I will tell cook Roast potatoes were not cooked properly If I wanted a cold dinner would have had a ham salad
