I have ordered from here a few months back and set up a subscription. I no longer use this company for my coffee, which is unfortunate as the coffee beans were of good quality. My main issue was; they have an option to send out your coffee from your subscription early, if your run out earlier than expected, as do many other coffee sellers. But what's particularly, extremely and utterly frustrating about this website is that it won't skip your monthly subscription ( I opted for my coffee 3 days early). So I received my coffee and then received my coffee again 3 days later and have been charged for this also. Now this batch of coffee which I had to pay for has gone to waste. They wouldn't offer me a refund and their customer service skills are terrible (they did offer me to send it back for a refund but at my cost). The website is slow and slightly shoddy when setting up subscriptions. Definitely won't be using them anymore.

Exceptional service and fantastic staff! Coffee beans are the best around! I brought my 4 year old in to buy some coffee for a family member. He was super interested in the machinery which the team noticed. They talked to him about what each machine does and how they roast the beans etc. Staff were lovely and took the time to talk to our boy and show him the coffee beans etc. Staff were also really knowledgeable and helped us pick the right varieties according to the family member's likes and dislikes. First batch of the Colombian Jazz! Amazing coffee!

I ordered and collected coffee from the Roastery. This is absolutely the best local coffee. I chose the Colombian Jazz and it’s really good, smooth, the right strength, tasty and good value. I’ll be purchasing again.

First order from Iron and Fire. Ordered three different 250g packs of beans as “tasters”. All very good. J“Just about to order 1kg of Colombian Jazz. That says it all. Delicious.
