We ordered for pick up and did not check that the order was correct. It was not. We ordered a supreme pizza and received a plain greasy cheese pizza. When we called to report the order was incorrect, no effort was made to rectify their error. Very disappointing as we have eaten there many times. You lost a customer.
Extremely expensive for mediocre food. I am not one to leave negative reviews, have never left one in my life, but was just charged over $80 for a ginger ale, salad (no protein), small pizza and chicken pasta entree (which was a small portion). Was shocked at the $3.00 charge for extra salad dressing, that we had to ask twice for . Came out to being an 18.00 salad with romaine, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and bacon bits. If you’re looking to spend $100 on dinner for two with no alcohol, there are much better options in this area.
Food is 5/5 Service is 4/5 Atmosphere is not it. Entire place looks like a fast food/ diner/ bar and prices are as if you’re in Capital Grille. Outdated interior and if you sit outside its metal chairs and tables with no cushions. It doesn’t even look like a restaurant. So Im very torn. The best pizza in Charlotte for sure.
Becoming a Charlotte institution! Fantastic service atmosphere and food always
We came here with a party of three to celebrate a birthday. We brought in with us three bundtlett cakes and were immediately told that there was a cake cutting fee. For three people? I can see charging a cake cutting fee for a large party, but not for three people. I then ordered the shrimp pasta and again was disappointed. I don’t believe the amount and quality of the entree was worth $22.95. As we finished our dinner and received the check, I was again disappointed to see that the restaurant charges a 3.5% fee for using a credit card. Needless to say, we will not be visiting this restaurant again.
Solo decir es excelente platos diferentes muy buena atención ya he tenido la oportunidad de repetir este lugar varías veces
