Such an awesome find! Great food and excellent, friendly service! I live in San Antonio and was in the area. I wanted something unique and Cajun, which for me can be hard because I have a shell fish allergy. This place hit the spot! The boudin balls were amazing!

The food was delicious. The insane sauce was very tasty. Kid friendly place to dine.

Insane Sausages is amazing. Their fresh cooked food, refrigerated and frozen food is all phenomenal. Every January we go to Lake Charles and stop here on the way in for lunch and on the way back to stock up on frozen boudin and sausage. Everyone here is so welcoming and helpful. Best boudin balls we’ve ever had.

Hear it advertised on the radio all the time,, worth the drive across the border. So good!!!

This is definitely a hidden gem off of the interstate. From the ambiance and coziness of the dining area to the amazing flavored food. Great place to stop for a bite if you are in the area Friday through Sunday.
