Friendly staff. Definitely staying again whenever visiting Norwich. Recommend 100%

Staff were friendly, room was clean. Didn't know where to go on arrival, lack of signage, staff not easy to find, we found the mattress too hard and the pillows lumpy, shower head leaked and sprayed water over the toilet while showering, water surges were a little annoying,was not informed house keeping would be done everyday, and found our room unlocked when we returned after our first day out. Other guests were very noisy late at night and early morning, they seemed to like slamming doors and having loud phone conversations in the corridor. We did eat at the restaurant, food was ok, but tables were sticky, I placed a napkin over one table and it glued it's self to it. The building as a whole is in need of renovating, window frames rotting away and generally showing years of wear and tear, fresh paint can only do so much

I did not stay here, only ate Free parking outside Quite a large food menu, Carvery, pizza, main meals etc Pub situated on Yarmouth Road which is a couple of miles from Norwich City centre
