Great customer service and wide selections of juices, healthy bowls, teas, etc.

As a student thats next to this place I can say that this place is where its at if your looking for a chill vibe and good drinks and food. Not only that there customer service is phenomenal and the couple just bring up the vibe with their liveliness. I strongly recommend coming here if your up to try something new or just want a chill spot

I absolutely love this place and cannot tell you how much I do not in a short review at least. So I will just say you must stop by and talk and chat with the owners. They're very informative just tell them what you like and let them ask questions to direct you. Aesthetically pleasing. And the vibe is just there. Great ambience. You should just stop by immediately LOL pictures are from the last two times I've been in the cafe. And that is just in one

I’ve been going here for about a year and my review is about a year late. Ha! Honestly, I love love love everything this spot has to offer and what the owners stand for. The pineal bliss, rosé bowl, and my absolute go-to, the açaí bowl!! I’ve been to plenty of restaurants around TX for açaí bowls and almost nothing beats what they have to offer. The owners are super friendly, great communication, and always accommodating. Thank you for serving Garland/Rowlett!

Sooo… I stumbled upon this hidden gem about 3 minutes away from my job on the prowl for some all natural, good and holistic type of food . I must say that InnerCHI is now one of my new favorite places. It’s such a plus that it’s located in Garland/Rowlett area. I am so grateful for the integrity of their ingredients used to serve us bowls, smoothies, tea, juices, herbal shots, toast etc. Their menu is filled with so many great nutritious options. Something I confidently always say and take into consideration when it’s comes to eating out is the simple fact “I am a real person, who needs real food.” They do no disappointment! Glory be to God for small family owned business like this. Me telling you to go now trust me, it’s a favor. Worth every dollar, and this is not over exaggeration, just appreciation.
