Nice pub , great staff and food was just what we needed, family friendly

Stopped here on our way home from holiday, we rang to ask if serving as we were quite late. The service was amazing. Food was lovely. Would definitely come back again Kid-friendliness: The lady behind the bar and who served us was lovely and my 3 year old was chatting away to her.

Our first time there as we were passing through the area. Very good food with friendly and efficient staff. It's now on our list for any future visit.

We used to come here regularly, unfortunately this will be the last time. 3 very poor meals served to us. Over cooked food, plate full of salad . Overall very poor. Chef should be sacked.

Food was good, unlike lots of other carveries it was uncrowded with no children running around , making it a relaxed placed to eat

Great pub to pop into. Locals are very friendly so makes for a warm welcome. Prices are reasonable and on a par with others in the area.

Found this pub on search for sites app. We could park our motorhome for the night as we were half way on a long journey. A coal fire was cosy. We had a lovely meal & service was excellent. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
