Indulge Desserts Preston

Ordered a lemon meringue cheesecake and it came warm, curdled and melting in the packaging. Tried it.... spat it out Also ordered a crunchie milkshake....also warm and one of the most bland things i've ever drank. Could only manage 2 sips Do not order from here!!!!

Dissapointing experience. Having not been for around 18 months. It seems as though a lot has changed and not for the best. On a saturday evening and the only thing in the counters were some dry looking school cake and squished cupcakes. Ordered x2 milkshakes x2 cookie dough's and the wife wanted a school cake to be astonishingly charged £33. When I asked about the prices I was rather bluntly told the prices advertised in the shop were wrong and he proceeded to try and show me prices off the website. After a bit of back and forth before I mentioned the sales of good act and false advertising he decided to honour the prices for me. Make sure if you order in store you check the prices before you pay. As for the desserts, not as good as they have been but I think the state of the experience today I can see why the quality has also dropped. Much better options across the city with better service and quality. Sorry and sad looking shop these days

I Ordered 45 mins before they closed , the order came within 20 minutes. I had ordered a “gorgeous cheesecake” it came with a consistency of custard all fallen apart , not like a cheesecake atall it wasn’t edible . I also ordered a Nutella and strawberry waffle which was soggy . The strawberry’s were soggy and it was dripping with a chocolate sauce that was a thin consistency nothing like Nutella and the waffle hadn’t been cooked fully as it was still doughy. I rang and advised them of this they said they would do the refund but needed to ring the manger for confirmation but I was promised a call back in the next 5 mins and now I can’t get through to them as they are “unavailable “ avoid this place .

Order food some missing rang and they have no interest. Please avoid this terrible place.

Took over a hour to come, ordered hot deserts however arrived stone cold freezing. Rang chasing up my order after a hour was told it would be 7 mins. Rang back 10 mins later after still no order arrived to be ignored. Wouldn’t waste your time ordering.
