Love this place came for a birthday party

I set up at this location and I’ve been calling for weeks to pick up items that were used during my set up. The server of a private room permitted me to leave the items until the following day. I went back the following day and was told the items couldn’t be found. I called again the following week and they stated they were in the storage but there was no manager on site to open the storage. Called a few more times after that and was told the same thing. I called in today and some manager got on the phone with a disgusting attitude and didn’t even know the situation talking over me and telling me it wasn’t a “storage facility”, which baffled me because i left my contact information to be called when there is someone in for me to pick up my items since everytime i call there’s no one available. Don’t allow someone to leave items if you will steal them or throw them away. Disgusted with this place.

I love this place but WHERE MICHAEL AND KAREN ( HOOKAH) I only come for them and the bartenders ! I hate when ppl leave an establishment :( .. this kills me and now I gotta go else where !

Hosted our organization and had a blast. There were a few technical issues so things were a bit slow. Hoping that was a one-off because I’d love to return! Service was nice and food was great!

Great place for a karaoke birthday party or simply friends getting together. Hookah, Food and drinks were flowing and great unfortunately didn’t get too many pictures as I was handling the music. After years of being such a such a great and busy place it is a bit annoying that we rely on YouTube to have the songs played in for the karaoke. I don’t know I just expected some sort of better system with less buffering by now, an easier way to have things flow so that you can queue up next person instead of searching in that way. Also, not a fan of my card being held all night, different process but understandable as people may dine and dash. Just my thoughts.

I attended a birthday party here, they had a private room and we had so much fun. The microphones worked really well and the sound system was bumping. The drinks are really good and the food is great as well! Go here for great karaoke!

Great ambiance. Bartender service was great. The jerk pasta was creamy and spicy.
