They don't have a list of ingredients for their food. If you have allergies you can't eat there.

Terrible service. Serve coffee without patience. Besides, I asked for hot water. The staff move my bottle on the surface of the counter, which destroys the bottom of my bottle. Don’t understand why they just hold my bottle instead. Bad experience.

Surprisingly I had one of the best (decaf) iced Americanos ever at this place. I guess I get the Illy hype now! Iced Americano wasn’t on the menu, but regular Caffé Americano was, and they had other iced espresso drinks, so I figured I’d ask if they could make it since there was no one else lined up, and they said yes. Nice staff! The drink was so smooth, almost creamy, without a hint of acidity, but it wasn’t weak at all. Very pleasant surprise to have coffee like this in an airport.

The taste of coffee. However, please be careful because the lid does not close easily by using cheap, low-quality paper cups and lids, which is likely to spill while drinking coffee. I don't want to go again because it's a store that's too buried only in the interests of the cafe owner, not the customer's position. In particular, I think it is the only cafe that has a flaw in the excellent reputation of Vancouver International Airport. If you want to spill coffee on your clothes while drinking coffee, I recommend you to go to this store.

This one is at gate D69. Enjoyed decaf Americano. I love olly coffee. Quality is awesome. They have beers and wines along with croissants and muffins also available.
