IHOP

Good breakfast, new selections.

Can't rate the food because I walked out after not getting any service for 10 minutes... Not even water

Quality and taste at its best. Though P in IHOP means pancake but pancake of Spangles tastes better than IHOP, quantity is more in IHOP. We tried drinks too and they are awesome Update- Many vegetarian options now. Chocolate chocolate chip pancake was awesome.

We (four adults) met at IHOP at 9 am for breakfast. They were not very busy when we arrived. I ordered the Southwestern Burrito with added jalapenos. My three sisters ordered the Chicken and Waffles, and two orders of the Pesto veggie omelet. I also ordered a second Southwestern Burrito to-go. It took nearly 40 minutes. When our food did arrive we repeatedly asked for butter and syrup and coffee refills. The pancakes that came with my burrito never arrived. I mentioned it to our server. Once our to-go orders arrived, I again shared that I had not been served the pancakes that were a part of my meal. Our server quickly got a to-go order of pancakes. The restaurant was now full of customers. After arriving home, My wife shared that her to-go breakfast was not a Southwestern burrito, but an omelet with pulled beef and hot peppers. She tried to eat around the hot peppers, but it was too spicy for her. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager to share what had happened. He was rather rude and demanded that I bring the partially eaten omelet back before he would replace it. I thanked him for his time and hung up. While my incomplete meal in the restaurant was delicious, I was sadly dissatisfied with the manager's response and solution to my concerns.

Typical IHOP experience, good location, fast service, everyone enjoyed the chocolate chip pancakes!
