Excellent customer service every time I go. Food comes pretty quickly

I was really looking forward to my IHOP experience as when I have been in the US before the did has been amazing. The pancakes were dry and the banana's really mushy. Hoping it was just a one off but it has put me off going again.

Absurdly expensive

Staff was friendly. Not blind the best of moods. Food was cooked great as requested. Parking was a bit complicated. Area is crowded and stunk of Marijuana. Side walked packed with pop-up sellers.

I love IHOP in general — but this location’s prices are out-of-control. Compared to the one in Arlington, nearly every item is 50% more expensive ($21 omelette versus $13.50). The food and service were more or less what you’d expect — but I would never go back. They’re going to price themselves out of existence. No wonder we were the only customers there on a Saturday evening.

Very dirty place. Employees arguing with customers.

The restaurant was completely empty when i walked in. I waited a while for an employee to greet me and nobody came. However, the trash on the floor made sure to say hello!!! As soon as I walked out, an employee miraculously appeared. This place should be shut down. Management should be ashamed and embarrassed.
