IHOP

Hit the spot. Walked in. Immediately was shown to our table. Ordered. And was served our food in a timely manner. It could not have been better. Candice was out server. Thank you young lady!

My daughter and I stopped in for a quick bite, and this is by far the best ihop I’ve ever eaten at. The waitress was quick and attentive, and really gave us a 5 star service. Amber quickly gave us our drinks, and was super friendly with daughter. She helped her get a kids menu, hook up to the free WiFi, and even tried to suggest healthier suggests instead of things full of sugar. The manager seemed to really have a handle on things there. Tables were clean and bussed instantly, everyone was receiving their food in a timely manner, I had always stayed away from ihops in the past due to the stigma that I’ve always heard but this has completely changed my mind about the franchise. We will definitely be back! We did see a gentlemen start yelling and taking photos of the staff out of nowhere, saying that he did not get service fast enough, but to me he just seemed entitled and a true Karen. Keep up the great work, and don’t let people like this get you down! His actions were completely blown out of proportion and this store doesn’t deserve to be docked for someone’s selfishness when it’s doing such a great job!

The food and service were great! I went in for a late lunch around 2:45 and there was a gentleman that felt like he had been ignored when the server didn’t seat him quick enough. (She had just brought our food and was making sure we had everything we needed) He became very rude and called the servers and manager rude names and made comments judging their looks. I couldn’t hear everything but from what I saw the manager (I think her name was Liz??) was very professional and tolerant but there was just no calming this guy down. We will definitely be back and despite the rude customer we enjoyed our experience!

My waiter, Sebastian, was GREAT!! He was friendly and helpful. The Poblano Eggs Benedict that he suggested was really good! I had a great experience here and a "shout-out" to Sebastian...he's a really good waiter.

The music is awful! We don’t want to listen to the dark folks screaming when eating. The music should be relaxing and pleasing. We have other options to eat breakfast.
