This IHOP..when we first walked in...smelled like sewage...mixed with air freshner..eew..food wasn't that great..toast was hard ..ham/cheese omelet/hash browns/toast .stack of pancakes 1 pop 1 shake..$40!🥴😳..but it was the awful smell to try and get through the meal...🤮

Aline was a great server. Very clean facility.

THIS RESTAURANT SHOULD BE CLOSED AND DISINFECTED BEFORE BEING ALLOWRD TO SERVE FOOD! The whole restaurant smells like sewage mens bathroom 1 stall out of order. In bad need of a plumber. The restaurant needs cleaning floor to cieling. The smell is Horrible. The food was not worth the price!!!

Ordered online I went in and had to wait almost 2 hours after it was said to be ready, with young cashiers not listening to customers waiting for pickups manger comes out sends them home and remakes all of our food quickly and it was about 6 of us waiting

It seems like there's not a lot of effort put in when placing a mobile order at this location. Multiple times I've come here, I've had to wait 20+ minutes AFTER the estimated wait time for extremely mediocre food. Ordering any specialty or 'different' items that are served with fruit toppings or extra ingredients are usually not given any thought by the employees (ask for cheese or something like chocolate chips included in your food and the employees obviously just dropped them into the middle/didn't mix or incorporate it into the food). If you order online be prepared for your food to underwhelm and to wait excessively. I'll be sticking with other breakfast restaurants going forward.

Very delicious! Shy did a wonderful job serving even with a very busy section, every thing was top notch and very fresh. Will be back :o)

I came with my daughter. We were seated in a section. We set there 15 mins and was never helped. I stopped a waitress and asked who was our waitress she said she didn't know. Everyone around us was receiving help, even those who set down after us to make a long story short we walked out and went to Bob evans around the corner and received superb service left a $50 tip! This ihop sucks, and is clearly under staffed or just dont care!

My waitress was awesome but the appearance of this restaurant is horrible. Their seat tore my leggings. I saw other seats at other tables looking like this

Food was filling and delicious!!

Long wait to eat in on a Saturday late morning.. They were short staffed, was told no more than a 15min wait that ended up more than double that time.. Food was ok, eggs were very greasy.

I understand the building has been there for 30yrs but it shouldnt smell like it hasn't been cleaned in 30yrs old stained moldy tiles on the ceiling absolutely disgusting JS

Much better experience than last time. Service was excellent, and food (new/seasonal items) was very tasty
