IHOP

The servers didn't seem like they wanted to serve my family and I. I even told both servers that it was my daughter's 7th birthday but not one Happy Birthday. I'll keep going to IHOP because my children love it but it won't be at that location. # ‍

it's been a couple of years since I went to an IHOP and I felt disappointed with the quality of food and how little you get for your money.

Great food and service like usual. It's a 24hr pancake house so not much atmosphere. But reliable food

Went there for, pick up waited for 30 minutes and then called them and he said O it's right here. I'll bring it out, got home and ofcourse it was cold. Because they forgot about it or was to lazy to bring out. Still tired but shouldn't have.

Pickup order. Let them know we were here. Was told it would be right out. 25 minutes later had to call and tell them we hadn't received our order. Person stated "Oh Yeah" I"ll be right out with it. Meat was so dry couldn't eat. Spinach in salad had pieces of dirt on them. Had not been washed. All ended up in the garbage.

This Restaurant is absolutely the Worst.. You walk in and Never greeted..... I waited almost 10 minutes before getting a pick up order and customers were not even seated or told they would be right with them....A guy came out sat 2 guests and disappeared....2nd set of guests were left sitting in the lobby with a word said to them..... Definitely need to do a Staff check on this Restaurant.....Not 1 nice person works here.... This restaurant doesn't even deserve a 1 Star.....

Nice Sunday brunch with a friend. Waitress was a little too busy to do a 2nd check and see my empty glass but we were fine. Didn't have to wait too long on a Sunday at noon.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience here. We were seated at a table with food (eggs) on the seat. The restaurant was not that busy, and our server kept forgetting about us. We asked for a sweet tea, and we were given iced coffee with a lime in it. I was in disbelief. Our son's refill took our server about 10 mins to come back with it. The floors were dirty, food and straw wrappers under the tables. Unfortunately, my family and I will be going to another location from now on. My wife tried the new chocolate chip pancakes that they were advertising. There was no chocolate syrup on them, so we asked our server if they could add it. My BBQ Burger had very little BBQ. The couple that was seated next to us about 10 mins after us, received their food before us. And, all the servers seemed to be only worried about being in the back talking. Which, was quite loud. Loud enough for me to hear the cursing that they were saying.
