I walked in and was immediately greeted by a server, whose name I believe was Jeffrey. The server was quick to get my order, the food came out hot and fast, and my server followed up after the food was delivered. Great experience, I'd definitely come back here.
Our server was great, food was fine but the kitchen was slow.
The one star is for the manager of this site and the rest of its bosses. It is pathetic to have 1 waiter on site and one person in the back cooking. Our waiter Arnold deserves a five star for sure , he was trying his best to manage everyone that was in to eat. Unfortunately he was unable to check on us. We needed things but he was so busy could not attend everyone . I had to stand up and get the order myself.
Quick morning grub to hit the spot. Let's go shopping!
The first iHop we went to in 3 years! The pancakes were not as good as they were bragging it to be and it's dry and the hash browns taste like it's been fried on some old oil or bacon grease and my chicken fried steak was too salty to eat, I instead had a piece of French toast and 2 eggs which was okay. It's not worth it.
Unfortunately, this IHOP has what many places in the Murrieta and Temecula area have...a terribly awful sewage smell. This stems from the sewage sytems being on the top of the buildings instead of below. Once you open the double doors, the humid and sickening odor attacks you. I would prefer IHOP over the local Denny's, just not this one. I can still taste it in my throat. Walked in and out....did not eat here because of the smell alone. Ghastly. This was definitely the worst sewage issue in the area, especially in the summer months. No wonder the parking lots were empty.
We have been waiting over an hour for our food. Drinks are empty and haven't seen a server for 30 minutes. Hope this helps you decide if you want to come here or not. Me and my family will never be back.
The waiter was great but the cook didnt pay attention to our request of " no bacon", attention to detail is what makes any business better
