IHOP

There was a lady a few tables away from us with two children when she was picking nits and lice out of her kids hair with the light of her cell. When I told the manager he said there was nothing he could do about it. So we will not go back to that location of in Mansfield Texas.

Fast and friendly service. New choices on menu as well.

Food came fast and it was delicious. Friendly service with a smile. The CinnaStacks are my favorite thing in the menu. I would have taken a picture but after the first bite they were gone before I could get a chance to. I’ll be back before they leave the menu!

Had the absolute worst experience at this ihop. Came here a couple of nights ago and we had to wait for over an hour to get our food, our server kept saying I’ll go check on it and never coming back over and over again. Me and my husband had finally received ours but my sister and her girlfriend still never received anything. We managed to scarf all of our food down because we had been waiting so long, we finished and they still never got their food. We had gotten up to figure out what happened and our server said “oh they are still making your food” we looked over to the kitchen area and there wasn’t a single person back in the kitchen. They were all standing around doing nothing. We visibly had just gotten up from our table and we had went to pay, for me and my husbands food and one of the cooks from the back said oh do y’all need a table and it seemed that the cook was either very tried or wasn’t very aware of what was going on because he seemed very out of it. We will never return to this ihop, we never received any acknowledgment for the wait time or the service.

Food great.. service is a little slow though... even when it slow

Wanted to leave a 5 star review for our server, Yolanda J. She was friendly, attentive, helpful and provided great customer service. Food was decent, but Yolanda was awesome!
