IHOP

Great service, good environment to sit and talk while drinking hot chocolate on a very cold morning! Food was very good too!

Me gusta la comida del IHOP, no me quejo de eso, sin embargo los meseros usualmente se dilatan en traer la comida porque están ocupados y es entendible pero en este caso, el mesero (Gerson) se dilataba y no se porque. Bueno, al final todo estuvo bien, y la promoción de los milkshake es genial, compras uno y el otro sale gratis.

Ihop in Gainesville, VA it has been a nightmare lately. Today, I have place my order online, went to pick it up (curbside), called in the restaurant to let them know I was outside waiting for my order. The lady who answered the phone came out with the bag with my order, she handed to me, I said Thanks, and I went home. 20 minutes drive. Then, I got home to find out the an item was forgotten from my order. I called back the restaurant spoke with the person who answered the phone, she transferred me to the Manager, this person didn’t seem to be willing to help nor care what I was saying. Finally, she said she apologized and I was going to be refunded $2.69 for the item…. So I asked her do you know my name?, I think she hung up on me. I called back and I was told the Manager was not available because it was in the kitchen cooking. Wow ! This is not a good customer service at all. Careless people working at this place so sad
