Service was extremely poor the woman working was very unprofessional and assisted everyone else before even attempting to get our drink order. . We advised her when she was going to help us since we were here way before anyone else showed up. She was very rude when I asked to speak with her Manager per at this point I no longer wanted her to assist us. She claimed he was on the phone we were never helped by the manager either which is even more unprofessional on his part in a Manager role. Waited a little bit asked her again and she stated he was still on the phone then gave my daughter a hateful look in that moment I said let’s go before I go off on this lady for disrespecting my child!!!! So we left and went to a different location hoping to have a better experience!! We went to the Colony location and Keith the GM and the server Christina were AMAZING from the moment we walked in we were greeted immediately and the service they provided was phenomenal!!! I give them 100 Stars I do not recommend this location in Frisco on Preston Rd to anyone! From now on will be going to The Colony where they present great customer service!!

The service was slow...not that busy at 10:40 - 11 on a Monday morning. The food was cold, milk was warm, I ask for crispy bacon - definitely NOT crispy & no cream cheese in my husband's cream cheese crepes...the only positive was the coffee was hot.....very disappointed

Never go back to this place. Service was bad n food was cold

Do no order online at this location. They consistently forget to add the toppings to anything you order. The food itself is alright, but always incomplete in some way
