BGW For Alan and May (IHOP Team) We visited IHOP on Baltimore National pike on 3/17. The location was very busy. Alan was at the front seating guest, taking to-go orders and also assisting cleaning tables to seat guest. He has been very professional and courteous in doing his task. May, she was our server. She was very pleasant and attentive and she checked on us, if we needed anything and if the meal was okay to our liking. Credit to your team members.

Worst service. Took an hour for our food. If y’all are so understaffed, why are you still taking mobile orders? Waitress was inattentive to us. Just, the worst experience.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received at IHOP. My party of 12 arrived at 2:15 am, and by 5:30 am, we had not received any water, utensils, or food. This level of neglect and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Despite our attempts to get the attention of the staff, we were consistently ignored. What makes this experience even more disheartening is that we observed other customers being taken care of promptly, which raises concerns about a potential race issue. It is deeply troubling to consider that we may have been treated differently because of our race. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and basic customer care exhibited by the IHOP staff. I strongly urge IHOP to address these issues and ensure that all customers, regardless of race, are treated with respect and receive the service they deserve. I will not be returning to this location and will be sharing my experience with others. IHOP must do better.

We walked into this 24/7 ihop at 2:15 am on a Saturday night. Other people were being served and attended to. We were very unprofessionally and rudely told that they basically do not want to seat us because we were a party of 12. Not directly but VERY indirectly to the point where it was disrespectful. We are currently seated here at 5:30 am and haven’t received any water, utensils, or anything. Manager claims that we never told them we wanted to order? We literally got seated by her and then never said anything again. Watched us for so long as we’re motioning to order but all staff continued to ignore us. Would never come back to this ihop, save your money and especially your time.

This ihop is terrible.. we sat for a whole hour,people that came in before us and after us had ate and left before us. The manager and other waiters came to us several times asking what did we order as if they were going to fix it and yet we still was there for an hour waiting. I will NEVER return to this location. They need new staff because the staff they have now is horrible

Server was very nice but we were there for almost 2 hours without food or drink. The food was not good and they were out of quite a few things. Some of the served food and drink like the tea, fruit, and mashed potatoes were bad. Staff was loudly complaining and multiple complaints were being sent to the manager via staff by other guests.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.I ordered a pickup order only to be told they're out burgers and still hasn't received my refund! Ordered 3/3 and now it's 3/8 without any response from this restaurant.

This place must be ok in the daytime but dnt come here 3 in the morning expecting any type of service it was damn near empty and still couldn't get a table never again
