Went in about an hour after they opened. Tall skinny white dude waiting all tables by himself, pleasant and professional, moving around making sure everyone's good. But then there's this big peter griffin looking heffa with green hair just sitting there not helping. She did one thing the entire time i was there and that was bring me my food. And she dropped the plate down and walked away without a word. Other than her, everything was good

Would not even give the one star if I didn't have to. HORRIBLE service, management, and food!

Ordered and they didn’t serve me . Had to leave can’t take their poor service

Placed an online order for a Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes. I repeatedly asked them to make sure they included the caramel and the Tres Leches icing on the side with the whip cream which they said yes. I came home only to find the whip cream and plain pancakes. $14 wasted.

This place needs attention. There is no sense of management. The only employee working was one gentleman. I was ignored for over 30 minutes before getting a terrible cup of coffee that can best be described as bog water. One lady with a crew cut and half her hair dyed green would go outside on several occasions to bring out other employees from kitchen staff to hang out, not even on smoke break, just laughing and hanging out while several of us were waiting for service. Eventually I realized this place was not worth my time and left. Send upper management or close the doors.

Sat there for 20 mins with no drink no service nothing straight garbage

Horrible place they dont give you silverware for everyone, they don't ask periodically if you need anything or if everything is fine an food comes out almost an hour after you order it

Servers spend more time talking to fellow workers or are on their phones while customers wait to get their order taken. If the employees spent more time actually working this would be a better place to eat. But as usual nothing will be done so I'll post the videos I took on social media

very bad service and no wifi this place sucks

Waste of money. Poorest service ever. Playing on their phones was more important than serving customers. Food was ok at best, not very warm. Waste of $20.
