Breakfast is always perfect at this place breakfast all day

Wer auf pankakes steht, für den ist das ein Must have! Hier bekommt man pankakes und jede Art von american breakfast. Service ist gut und das Essen ist okay.

Good service, mostly quite atmosphere.

I tried ordering on the app but every time I entered my credit card # it gave me an error code. I must of tried every card i had several times which seems like I wasted a half hour trying. I decided to just drive by and just place my order in the store. I ended up telling the cashier my story and just proceeded to Place my order. Now having to wait I thought maybe a complimentary cup of coffee was in order so I asked but was told that would be $4.52, shocked by not only the price but by the lack of concern I asked to speak to the manager but to no avail and not even an apology about the app not working. I guess I shouldn’t have expected much customer service when the manager walked from behind the grill in the kitchen. The world has changed but not that much. I’ve been going to ihop for over 50 years and now I not so sure I will again, definitely not from this place so I cancelled my order and left a negative review which I never do. If you do decide to dine here do so not expecting the proper customer service.
