IHOP

No greeting at the front door...literally for anyone. Guests leaving do to not being acknowledged. Wait time more than the norm (+40 mins) while it's occupancy was perhaps at 30% capacity. Enough staff members to do the job, felt more as it was a lack of initiative.

Taia was an excellent server to our large group! Busy Sunday crowd, but all was flowing smoothly. Great breakfast!

I brought my kids here for dinner and we all got waffles and French toast. The waitress was nice. The food came out fairly quick. It tasted great. There wasn't a line or a wait to get in and seated.

The service I was the recipient of from Taia was outstanding, to say the least. Every interaction We had or every time she came around my table, She made sure to maintain eye contact and smiled. And that makes up for the crappy ambiance of the location and the un savory food of IHOP, which I'm not a fan of, however, I just needed more than anything, some Bacon for my Dog and I was in a bit of a hurry, which is another reason why I chose this location: it was close to my Hotel and I hoped for it to be quick, but my order took quite a while to arrive. Hint: You shouldn't charge for Coffee or Orange Juice since it is part of breakfast aside from Milk. Someone should and must recognize Taia for her good attitude (as opposed to the the faces of the other Waitresses I noticed, whom seemed stressed-out and as if They hated this job) and excellent Customer Service, at least, towards Me!

IHOP on Wet n Wild WAY was amazing. Will the host and server treated me with kindness. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was exceptionally clean. I will continue to come to this location. Thank You Will for a wonderful experience
