Ichiddo Ramen Minneapolis

Great food. The "medium" spicy was way too hot. Next time I will ask for the hot sauce on the side.

My partner's favorite ramen spot, and also mine. The food is consistently great, the staff are always friendly, the service is swift, and it is always a calm, quiet atmosphere. It's become our go-to for an easy date night. We love it here!

This has got to be the saddest crispy chicken ramen I have ever received from Ichiddo. This is not what I ordered and it has never looked like this. Is it just a few pieces of sad karaage that makes the dish now? Is the cutlet gone? This is extremely disappointing. I'll think twice before ordering ramen from this place again. They used to be one of the best.

Forgot my food. Gave me the wrong ramen. Not busy, but my waitress was so busy doing other restaurant duties (cleaning) to focus on us or serve us or check in with us. That being said I give the food 4 stars. No complaints except the fried rice was a little oily/mushy but still good.

Ramen was bland they only season the broth not the actual food. When we told the server the first thing he said was "well we cant refund you for the food" which was kinda rude he didnt even try to help. then he came back and said the chef said he can add more seasonings so we let him and it just came back more spicy. The appetizers were great though we had the pork bun and calamari both of which we loved and wished we had gotten more of that instead of the ramen

Awesome food!!

Delicious ramen every time. Flavor wise, we've never been let down. However, their tonkatsu is very pricey and comes with very little toppings (i.e. add on half an egg for $1) compared to other shops in the larger central Minneapolis area. Vegetarian options: Can choose vegetarian and pescatarian selections, or build your own bowl. Labelled vegetarian dishes.
