I got the sushi lunch special which cost around 13 dollars. I put down $10 and my card, because I was paying with both. My waiter took my 10 as a tip and charged me the full cost of the meal on my card plus the tip I added from my card. Ask next time. Why would I give a $10 tip on a 13 dollar bill? Very disappointed.
