Whenever I visit SLC, I like to go to Ichiban for dinner. They have fresh tasty rolls and sushi, service staff are friendly and the food comes out in a timely manner even though they are packed every time I go. This time there was 8 of us so I called ahead to get on the waitlist and they were able to accommodate us within 20 minutes of us getting there. Non-sushi food items were also decent.

Great sushi. Good service. Clean restaurant. Rolls are 1/2 price. Most of the rolls end up being about $10. Pretty good value.

Great place for sushi love goin here!! Not just because it's half off sushi but it's really good also! Won't be disappointed n
