Great ice cream and great service. The seasonal offers are cool. The permanent ones are exceptional.
Ice cream is high quality, though very pricey
So, I came to get Ice Cream Jubilee today, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a mission. After getting lost for a good 15 minutes and battling it out for a parking spot, I finally stumbled upon this hidden gem. But let's talk about the real star of the show - the Seasonal Mega Mango Sorbet. It was like a taste of pure summer in a cup. Seriously, it tasted like they'd somehow managed to freeze actual mangoes without adding anything else to it. It was insanely delicious. And as if that wasn't cool enough, I also got a lucky red envelope with my order. Ice Cream Jubilee may have been a bit of a challenge to find, but it was totally worth the adventure. I'll definitely be back for more mango sorbet!
Encountered an incredibly rude employee managing the store last night (2/8). Arrived at 8:59 with a closing time of 9 PM. Understandably cutting it extremely close but still within the operating business hours of the location. Employee had already "put away all the tongs" and was on her Airpods having a separate conversation with someone else where she did not want to be bothered. Her behavior and lack of effort/customer service did not make me want to come back and visit the location again
The two times I got ice cream here, the workers were great and helpful. Unfortunately, the ice cream itself is just so so. It melts quickly and tastes.... syrupy? I like ice cream I can almost chew. Poorer quality ice cream usually has too much air in it, thus causing the ice cream to melt. I want to support local businesses, but not sure Jubilee is the one for me. :(
I love the environment that they have created inside the ice cream gets an A+ it was delicious and I will definitely be back soon.oh and I’m bringing friends
