The restaurant’s ambiance is elegant and sophisticated, creating a welcoming atmosphere that perfectly complements the dining experience. The hyderabadi Dum Biryani, whether with succulent chicken or tender mutton, was a true highlight. And the desserts were outstanding, taking me back to the streets of hyderabad. Must visit place to enjoy and savor authentic hyderabad delicacies in each bite.
Positive: The green chili chicken, goat biryani, and goat chops were good. Negative: The place is too crowded, with staff running everywhere. Waitlist management could be better; they gave our table to someone else without checking the name. Orders were misplaced, and they kept checking the status of the order with us. They served us in plastic plates and spoons, and when we asked, we were told that since it's 8:15pm, they would only serve in plastic. Personally, it's not a good dine-in experience. The tastes are inconsistent from our first visit to the second. Overall, it seemed like a lack of experience.
Food did not mark any difference from other restaurants. Goat chops were partially cook. Pulao was very different from my first order few days back. This time I could not eat a spoon of it. Apollo fish had too much batter coated. Goat dum biryani is good.
Though the staff is good and the food quality is good, the taste itself is bad. Also the service is very late (they inform you early on). The reason for 1 star service is that they get the order wrong and sometimes forget your order. We were waiting upwards of one hour. Also, the cutlery is not good, they serve everything in takeout containers.
Worst ever maintenance. Doesn't matter who enters first, table is given to people who asks when there is vacancy irrespective of people waiting ahead of them. Orders not accepted even one hour before lunch break.
The food is average. I recommend avoiding visiting after 8:15 PM, as they switch to serving meals on paper plates with plastic spoons.
