Working closely with local farmers and craft producers, Hyacinth's offerings are ever changing showcasing the creative whims of the kitchen, bar and service teams. Hyacinth is named after the street Founding Chef Rikki Giambruno grew up on in Victoria, MN. The restaurant is full of family flourishes that make you feel like you are a guest at the James Beard nominees home.
