Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

Went through the drive thru - service was incredibly slow, the didn’t get the order right. Overall the burgers were just meh.

Atmosphere inside was ok; bright and open. The servers were friendly. As soon as we walked in we were told they had no ice cream as it was delivered frozen (server said it was too frozen to serve ‍♀️). The food left a lot to be desired. I ordered a Cobb salad; they were out of ranch, honey mustard and Italian dressings. The server offered to make some ranch (apparently it's house made and no one made any today), it was ok. The salad was a lettuce chopped from a head, some bits of bacon, an egg, a small amount of shredded cheese and dry breaded chicken....very disappointing. My husband and sons got burgers and tots. The tots were good. My husband said the burger was good, small though.

We waited over an hour for an online order, was told they “didn’t get to it yet” and it took another 30 minutes and asking another employee to get our online order. This is the second time the wait has been extreme with barely any patrons in the restaurant. Terrible

3 tables walked in after me and got their orders taken and food delivered and they just ignored my table, said they prefer you to come to the counter to order after I walked up and asked what was going on. No other tables had done this.

Just went in for a chocolate concrete and mini for myself and my 2 year old... Got told they were out of ice cream. What a joke. Drive thru is closed as well. This place will probably fall out like the last location in town due to staff again.

On a togo order.. Asked the server if there was extra meat and cheese like I ordered and paid extra for because the sandwiches looked small and was assured there was. Had to ask for 1 of my 2 cheese sauces. They did not have any custard to make shakes that I ordered and was not called to be let know. The cook needed a menu to make the food. They also did not start making my food that I ordered until I arrived to pick up. Was not given utensils for a togo order. When I tried to call the store the number was out of service.
