Hui Lau Shan Mississauga 許留山 Boba + Mango Desserts

Sadly went Downhill, fist time the tapioca was nice and warm I was able to switch the pink bubbles to the fresh tapioca from the mango slush , second time ordered a milk tea was absolutely disgusting with just milk foam on it and tapioca was also gross. I went for a third today and ordered the first drink again and the girl told me I cannot switch my toppings from pink to the black tapioca like I’ve done before and asked for me to pay $1 for the switch I said okay that’s fine but I will keep the pink topping too if I’m paying for it anyways. She did it but was giving side eye attitude even though I was very polite and appreciative. As I walk away from the store I heard her spoke loudly to her coworker inside the kitchen about what I’ve ordered and done. Absolutely poor service and disrespectful. I won’t be returning again !

Despite arriving late, the staff at this restaurant remained patient and friendly, ensuring we still enjoyed a pleasant dining experience. Highly commendable service!

The place is very nice and aesthetically pleasing, but the service is terrible. Despite being Asian themselves, the staff members display a rude attitude to other asian ethnicities. Personally, it felt that way quite a lot when the workers practically ignored us for 10 minutes despite us standing in front of the counter and making eye contact with them multiple times. Then, finally, when taking our order—it felt as if they were doing us a favour by taking our orders and the inclination that we were not wanted there. Although I understand that their attentions are divided with high volumes of order, it does not make sense as to why their attitudes towards other like-individuals (ethnicity wise) was extremely efficient, fast, and positive. Overall, the food quality and place is definitely good, but the service needs to improve—tremendously!

There are heaps of drink selections to choose from and I especially love their boba.
