Came here to pick up some delicious chicken and the experience was the least than I have expected. First, I ordered through the app with a pickup time of 12:19pm. This is with 20 minutes of travel time. I arrived on time to find out that, and I quote, “It’s not in yet.” Yet every other customer that had obviously came in after my order were quickly served with no issues. Second, it was well over 10minutes before anything was done to attempt to ask me about and fix the issue of my “not in yet” order. Thirdly, after the staff was able to get my order together, I was able to leave with my order by 12:55pm. The staff were unknowledgeable about the “new technology” of mobile ordering. If there is an issue of delayed technology, then that should have been addressed well before this location opened. Also, customer service is the bedrock of any company. All employees should be attentive and courteous to their patrons. Please leave any and all attitudes, behavioral issues and biases outside the work place. Until this store fixes their issues, I highly recommend not going to this location.
Buffalo sauce was good, but I didn't really need a pint of it dumped on my food.
I was so excited to try it I've waited forever so got a lot of different things to try $36 for 2 people. Portions tiny service attitude poor. Restaurant felt dreary. Very disappointed.
Trash manager doesn't know how to do his job worst service and food ever
My wife, kids and I ordered our food. It clearly stated on the ticket that we ordered a Buffalo sand which. Both of our sand which’s didn’t arrive with Buffalo sauce on them. They brought our sandwiches to the back and drowned our sandwiches in Buffalo sauce, leaving our bread soggy and very difficult to handle. The lettuce on the sandwich seemed old and tired like it wasn’t replenished throughout the day. We arrived at 8 PM and they don’t close for an hour. We should be treated like the first customer of the day along with others that ordered too. Where has customer service gone for $40 for a family to eat at an establishment. We wanted to go to Mission BBQ because I’m a vet and the service is great. We won’t be returning. Stinks it was Sunday, if we wanted chicken we should have gone to Chic-Fil-A.
Idk, mixed feelings here. Been 5 or 6 times. 1st time the tenders were melt in your mouth and the service was good, 2nd time the order was messed up but the food was good, 3rd time the food was not so good and the service was so/so, then they hired a giant troll that should be guarding a bridge. Rude and mean mugs people with her crossed arms and it felt confrontational along with the order being wrong. All.that aside the dipping sauce is in really small containers and costs almost .70 extra. You gotta make a tiny bit of ranch stretch or pay another dolla to make them holla. Probably wont go back anyways because I feel the troll may attack. Certainly wont let my petite wife go in alone for fear of unprovoked violence.
