Hudson Roastery Coffee Bar and Cafe is open 7 days a week at 7 a.m. We are a special place in Hudson offering a truly European cafe experience. Our organic coffees are roasted weekly to insure peak freshness. All handcrafted beverages are made from our own coffee beans which can be also be purchased to brew at home. We serve a wonderful breakfast and lunch menu along with freshly bake croissants & muffins every morning and throughout the day. Only using the highest quality ingredients you will taste the difference and also have several Gluten Free options as well! Winter Hours: Mon-Friday - 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday -Sunday - 7:00 a.m. to 5 pm Breakfast and Lunch served: Weekdays - 7 - 2:30 pm Weekends - 7 - 4:00 pm
