Busy, but pleasant staff, good food. Will definitely be back!

Everytime i have came in there the servers are so rude 😒 took asking 10 times to refill my coffee and my food was so cold .. thought from the last time service would get better totally wrong ...will NOT be back the service sucks

Jennifer was my server she had a positive attitude and even told us about the great deals huddle house had! I would recommend huddle house to everyone especially if Jennifer is their server

There was a 20 minutes wait there was only three tables that had customers then when they were going to seat me it was who wanted to be my server because I was the only guest

Good food. Waitress didn't check for coffee refills enough. They keep the temp too low, it's cold, take a jacket.

This was my first time here. The service was great. But the food was horrible. I ordered two different items: Philly cheesesteak - this sandwich was just thrown together. Tots were super greasy. Bread wasn’t toasted all the way. It was poorly put together. Breakfast Bowl - I mean just look at the picture. This stuff was just put together any type of way. Just a horrible experience. The waitress was wonderful!

This was our first time here and I personally didn’t have a good experience. It could’ve been better. Our server, Jennifer, just seemed to have a bad attitude the entire time. Made me feel uncomfortable. I ordered the country fried steak with a side salad and when the salad came the plate was very dirty, had caked on dried food on the bottom and side of it. Very unpleasant, when I asked the server for another salad, she took it out of my mom’s hand without saying a word. We asked for boxes too and she didn’t say a word or seem to acknowledge us. Either she’s having a bad day or just doesn’t like her job. Isn’t the best at customer service if you ask me.

My wife and I usually go to the Huddle House in Sweetwater, TN, but we had to be in Chattanooga early yesterday morning so we decided to stop at this one. We went in and there was only about 10 people in the restaurant, plenty of open booths/tables, however the lady asked us to wait for them to clean off a table. When we were finally seated, one lady was carrying a handful of napkins back in forth 2 more employees were just standing around, after being seated for 5 minutes, NO ONE even acknowledged us. We actually just got up and walked out. Now I understand why this location was less than half full at 9am on a Saturday morning.

Placed order ahead of time, received a pick up time. Still had to wait a further 10 min (for pick up at 8:45 pm) because they were "busy." There was a family of six, and two tables of 2.
