Nothing special. Average breakfast plate. Average service.

The wait was 1 hour for dine in and I was door dashing I waited 35 minutes to get the order.

Terri, Michelle, and Ms. Denise were great!

Can't say anything about the food since we left a few minutes later. My fiance and I came in for breakfast and the servers from the back said you can seat wherever you want. Ok fine. Another group came and sat next to our table and the same server that acknowledged our presence went straight to the group after us and basically took their orders first while she walked past us and totally just ignored us. My fiance and I just looked at each other and said seriously? So we said screw this place and took our business elsewhere. Bad customer service for sure.

The staff here is always very friendly.

So I went out with family at 12 pm n we heard that they wasn't taking dine in order cause they was close n this was by Heather in guessing she was the boss or whatever n so we left and came back at 230 where we saw ppl dining in n there only three tickets n heard again on the same Sunday that they was only doing door dash so I can't sit n eat no more cause she saids so. What the point of working as a server n we came back yesterday to see two servers working harder than her as she was smoking outside n sat down don't come here on Sunday if u see her she trying to be lazy n take down the store n she has an attitude while the cooks look at her like she was crazy so from 12-3 pm no dine in unless u a regular cause we saw ppl eating favoritism much idk y she fire

Starting April 16th huddle house 473 kempsville road will stay open until 8pm come and visit Kid-friendliness: The kids like the coloring pages and the kids grilled cheese is great I love the idea for Monday and Tuesday kids eat free

We go here frequently with different family/friends. In the past 2 months at least either myself or a friend has used the ladies room and found it to be not only not the most sanitary, but only one stall working, other Out Of Order. The ONE stall available does Not Lock. This is Very Unacceptable, especially for the amount of time they have been this way. Hoping the owner/management takes care of Both of these issues. Thank you.
