Pretty awkward service for overpriced and ‘ok’ food that I would prefer to get elsewhere in the city. Food: overall bland. Ok appearance. The dumplings were the best part and just “ok” when compared to dumplings across the city. Especially when considering the price. This is Vietnamese food ofc, but if I’m craving Asian cuisine, I’ll 100% be going to Thainamite or Rice and Roll. Fair prices and great food and staff. Service: staff was all standing around. Server seemed clueless to basics of human interaction. Pretty cringy experience. No plates. No silverware. We came in to relax but it felt like we had to direct her job. Atmosphere: super cool potential here. The bar is cool. Patio seems interesting but idk how it would be sitting on the busy street of KK with no views. Interested in background of the owners. Heard there’s potential for culture vultures here, but I can’t confirm. Hopefully, best of intentions here. Overall lukewarm experience that I won’t spend the money to return to again unless there are insane specials.
the pho was bland however the meat skewers were very flavorful, it was a little crowded as well but noise wasn’t too bad- for 2 entrees the appetizer plate and 2 NA drinks our bill was 78$ not including tip. Vegetarian options: if u ask u can make most meal items have no protein or substitute tofu
