Awesome food Great smile service

One of the better quality hotpot BBQ places that have sprung up. The tables are spacious and the food was good.

I can order food on ipad. Small bench frames for empty plates. Good for everything.

Made a reservation, and still was put on a waitlist when we arrived. If you are not gonna honor the reservation please stop taking reservations. That is not a customer service win at all. Young lady at the desk stated that she doesn’t understand the rule either and that she is just told to follow the rule

I called in my reservation a week ago and I get here and am told that it didn’t matter. Soooooo why take reservations? What are we doing here? Not off to a good start.

Great food and great experience every time we go here. Our favorite and Our go-to Korean Bbq Samgyupsal and Hotpot! Always loved the Tablet menu, it’s very convenient!

Best korean bbq and hot pot in norfolk VA. Great service and fantastic foods. Our favorite place to go during special occasions. Highly recommended.

Our food was delicious the beef bulgogi was amazing, the server was very kind and fast , they have a big bar of sauces , I’m definitely coming back
