Went there with my mom my husband and my two kids….. they told me they can only seat tables of 4 people! We left. Never even got to try the food. How does that make any sense? Tables of 4 only!?!! The manager refused us… ridiculous

So I went to Houston’s right when it opened on Sunday. I went we me and my 4 kids. They said they can only sit 4 at a table. I asked to split the table and said there has to be an adult at both tables. The manager was rude and the host were the worst. Basically made every excuse not to sit up. I use to come her all the time but now I will not be coming back.

We absolutely love this place. Feel like everything is made pretty much from scratch. The just $4 per glass freshly squeezed orange juice right at the bar when ordered is usually perfectly sweet and a good place to start. Spinach artichoke dip is a great starter along with the shrimp cocktail. The salads are on point and I don't usually eat ribs but they are fall off the bone delicious. An apple cobbler is definitely one you don't want to miss as well! Our servers have also been very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place and that's tough to say for this price point usually.

Upscale restaurant, exceptional food

Perfect date night spot, the ambiance is nice. You can have a conversation with the person. The food was good and the service was even better. I would like management to see this message and pass it along to our server Jacob (797) who provided extraordinary service!

Well I used to go to this restaurant very often before the pandemic. This past Saturday , I invited friends and family (party of 5) and the worst experience ever. Bad actitud, 1 1/2 waiting time , and manager did not allow us to be seated together even though , there was room for it. We went to have an experience and it resulted in a wasted time and bad experience . I will definitely will not come back. We have 28 thousand restaurants in NYC that I can choose.
