Hotel The Golden Park

The location from hotel to bustand was feasible . I came here for an official work. I feel the bathroom is little untidy maintenance is required for bathroom. Staffing people were good and it’s value for money.

Rooms are not neat and clean, also service was bad with too much late Latif

I am writing this review to appreciate this hotel management and management people. I have booked a room in this hotel unfortunately my plan have changed so I asked for cancellation and refund. They have proceed and refunded my money very quickly. I really appreciate this. Now a days booking a room is easy but cancelling a room is such a pain.

Price high!! But room was not upto the level ..very worst the core Room service is very poor. Bathroom was not hygiene. The hotel looks like 1990's. Don't believe the hotel in images that was in Google..that was very very older one!.in the bathroom there was very very stinging smell.i request other people ..pls don't choose this one..go for better option..it's fit for nothing ..ac wasn't working..it was my worst experience in my life.

Room service did not attend to requests properly. Tv set top box was not working properly and I was told it would be replaced. But the room service guy never returned. So please improve your room service if you want regular customers to book your place.
